For decades, Keystone College has been dedicated to equipping and training students through quality theological education. Founding and Early Years (1995-2001)

Dr. Sang Ryol Lee, under the Korean Presbyterian General Assembly (KPGA) and in partnership with the Korean Christian Cultural Academy of Arts (KCCAA), initiated the establishment of a higher education institution in the Philippines.
1995
The school was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Seoul Theological Arts College, with documentation secured by Dr. Lee’s son, Kee Woo Lee.
April 28, 1995
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) issued Permit No. 01, s. 1998, allowing the college to operate, offering a Bachelor of Arts in Theology program.
1998

Milestones and Growth (2002-2008)

  • AB Theology program received CHED recognition (Government Recognition No. 1, s. 2000).
  • First commencement exercises were held, graduating:
    • Patricio Delim
    • Benjamin Pugong
    • Brenda Serafino
    • Rosemary Sadey (October)
2002
Patricio Delim became Keystone’s first LET passer.
2003

Work out by Dr. Josephine A. Flores, as the first college Dean.

BEED, BSED Major in English, BSED major in Math, BSED Major in PHEM.

2004
Relocated to 427 BCU Building Lower Magsaysay, Baguio City.
2005
CHED granted Government Recognition No. 003 & 004, s. 2007, for BEEd and BSEd. AB-Theology program introduced.
2007

Dr. Brandino Bestre appointed as College President. The KMAC Hymn was composed by:

  • Dr. Josephine Flores
  • Ptr. Benjamin Sokoken
  • Vesatu S. Thelou (first foreign graduate)
2008
(KMAC) Transfer to P. Burgos, Military Cutt off (immigration for more or less 1 year).
2009

Transition to Filipino Leadership (2011-Present)

Institution moved to a permanent location at #13 Bakakeng Central, Marcos Highway.

  • Ownership and operations transitioned from Korean leadership to an all-Filipino Board of Trustees
2011
Officially renamed Keystone College Inc. with approval from SEC, CHED, and TESDA.
2012
New school logo designed by Joseph Benigno Jr.
2013

Partnerships and Future Growth (2016-present)

Formed a partnership with Bartimaeus Mission International (founded by Korean blind minister Rev. In Yeob Cho) and Baguio Vision Christian Academy (BVCA), recognized by DepEd and represented by Director Mr. Fernando Organo.
2016

Bishop Reynaldo Cadangen appointed as College President, marking a new leadership chapter.

Keystone College continues to uphold its mission of nurturing future leaders rooted in faith, resilience, and service.
